1. Service Delivery Timeframe

Most of our services begin processing within 1 to 24 hours after your order is confirmed. Depending on the package size and platform (e.g., TikTok, Instagram), full delivery may take anywhere from a few hours to a few days.

  • Instagram Likes/Followers: Typically delivered within 1–12 hours.
  • TikTok Likes/Followers/Views: Begin processing in 1–24 hours and complete in 24–72 hours for larger orders.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to platform updates, server issues, or order volume.

2. Order Confirmation

Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. If required, we may also contact you to confirm your social media handle or post link to ensure accurate delivery.

3. Delivery Method

All services are delivered digitally and directly to the specified social media account or content (e.g channel, profile, story). You do not need to download anything or take further action unless instructed by our team.

4. Order Accuracy

To avoid delays:

  • Double-check your username, post link, or video URL before submitting.
  • Ensure your profile is public during the delivery period (depending on the type of order).
  • Do not change your username or delete the content while delivery is in progress.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, it may result in failed or delayed delivery.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been fulfilled, we will notify you via email (if applicable). You can also track your progress by reaching out to our support team.

6. Non-Delivery & Issues

If your order has not started within 24 hours or appears incomplete after the estimated time, please contact us at support@starcondigital.com. We’re here to help and will resolve the issue promptly.

7. Refunds & Replacements
