- Service Error: If we deliver the service to the wrong account due to an error on our end, we’ll issue a full refund or redelivery.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same service due to a technical glitch, you’ll receive a full refund for the extra charge(s).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to platform updates, server issues, or order volume.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You provided incorrect or incomplete information (e.g., wrong username or broken link).
- Your account was private during the delivery period (depending on the type of order).
- You deleted the post or changed your username before the order was completed.
- You simply changed your mind after the service started.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your order ID
- A brief description of the issue
- Screenshots or evidence (if needed)
- You simply changed your mind after the service started.
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide a resolution once your email has been received.
